The Mini / Pocketsize, Torpedo, Heavy Duty and the Post dual XY levels / angle gauges of Digi -Pas®, are the models DWL-80E, DWL-80Pro, DWL-130, DWL-180, DWL-200, DWL-280Pro, DWL600 / 680Pro and DWL-1000XY, which are widely used to level quickly and efficiently on worklocation, used as a quality control/inspection tool:
-to consider the construction of homes and buildings to measure window and door frames, stairs, beam constructions, roof gutters. etc. The Pocketsize models DWL-80E / Pro, DWL-130/180 are widely used because of the small size and light weight, the Torpedo models DWL-200 / 280Pro because of length format, IP67, bright LED display and strong magnetic feet, the Heavy Duty models DWL -600 / Pro due to the length of 600mm and robust design with protective end caps and the DWL-1000XY due to the simultaneous horizontal and vertical measurement.

Digital Machinist Levels
2-axis XY machine level and inclination sensors of Digi-Pas®, are the models DWL-2000XY, DWL-3000XY, DWL-8500XY, DWL-5000XY, DWL-5500XY and DWL-5800XY, which are widely used to set up, install, maintain and align 3D CNC grinding and milling machines, precision machines/devices, test and measurement equipment and other alignment-sensitive equipment. The level and real-time angle measurement / alignment tasks are widely applied to flat surfaces where a 2-dimensional solution is requested instead of the 1-axis "bubble" vial method:
-in the metalworking industry, machine # making industry for installation, configuration, maintenance of milling and flat grinding CNC machines. It is able to level accurately jig & fittings and work table of machines for the machining process in view of an accurately surface treatment. Precise manufacturing setups keep the machined parts within the required tolerance. The machine levels DWL-2000XY, DWL-3000XY are often used, but for high accuracy on a micron the DWL-3500XY is used, and on 1 arcsec the DWL-8500XY. The last one is used for a large-scale CNC machining center (> 5mtr) for a machine performance evaluation and analysis in view of quality assurance.
-in the process industry, industrial automation # machine building # manufacturing industry for continuous quality control and control in view of managing production output and therefor the costs. The engineer uses often the DWL-3500XY, because of the built-in vibrometer and data logging functions to effectively evaluate the performance of each CNC machine with precise numerical data numerically and graphically of the angular and vibration measurements shown in reports. For large-scale machines> 5 mtr. the DWL-8500XY is deployed. For continuous program preference measurements in the automation process, the level-level inclination sensors DWL-5000XY, DWL-5500XY are deployed.
-in the medical and knowledge industry # research institutes # laboratories # R & D for leveling and checking positionability of image and measurement / testing equipment to capture a High Quality Sharp. The high precision machine levels DWL-3000XY, DWL-3500XY and DWL-8500XY are used for this purpose. The last one is used because of its ultraprecision f.e. a laserbeam setup that implies alignment of multiple optical components.
-in the semiconductor industry # chip industry for aligning precision luminaires. Absolute Leveling & Positional Accuracy are required to meet the highest quality / high tolerance requirements in many manufacturing processes. The models DWL-3500XY and ultraprecision inclinometer 1 arcsec DWL-8500XY are used for this purpose.
-in construction of buildings, bridges, windmills and ships for installation, leveling and control positioning of cranes. The 2-axis level inclination sensors DWL-5000, DWL-5500 are often used for this purpose and especially the Bluetooth version in connection with high range measurement.
-in construction / repair / maintenance & operation of railways to track rail distortion and height differences in view of an increased safety standard of f.e. a high-speed line operation. The DWL-3000 and DWL-3500XY are often used here.
Digital Protractors and Inclinometers
Revolutionary Angle and Slope Meters, which reflect quickly and accurately the digital angular measurements thanks to an advanced sensor and microprocessor circuit. To rotate 360 degrees at stops of 4x90degrees or 2x180 degrees adjust the angular position of the circular saw blade, machine tools on lathes, milling workpieces, shortcut / miter saws, control of setting drill rigs, table saw, belt saw table, load table. .etc., alignment of grader and tractor work, drainage # drain pipes.
